Character I left the lot with a 2014 Ford Fusion that I was a week later told the bank was having “fixable issues” with and they would call me if anything. These people never called me back I called the bank to make my first payment only to find out that the bank didn’t take the loan and I needed a new co signer. All in all I never found no one and went to return the car after being told since it’s not my fault I’ll receive a refund... Not only did I not get a refund I was told by Chris it’s not his fault I couldn’t keep a job... I lost my job due to becoming handicap (broken foot)... These people are a ripoff and very rude! And Chris is the “GM” horrible characteristic, no mortals at all! The car speakers weren’t working called everyday no one ever called, called about my loan (have the call long) was getting transferred to all type of people never any answers, had to find out from the bank about being denied... Sales lady Lillian Is horrible at returning calls once she made the sale (which I was very thankful for) she refused to call me back about the issues with my speakers. Update*** I’ve been calling the dealer everyday asking to speak with Jonathan Levy District manager and the receptionist refused to give me a proper email address or to have him to call me back, they keep telling me that they have my messages and he has yet to visit their location… I was referred to a Mitchell (manager) who tell me some of the things that happened to me weren’t supposed to happen and that he was going to look into the deal and give me a call back he even gave me his personal cell number instead of him calling me back he had Robert from finances to call me (the guy who told me I would get a full refund upon returning the car) All in all Robert told me he’s looking into the original person who was to co-sign the car for me that Lillan told me could not due to having too many hard inquiries on his credit (only had 2). Robert never called Michelle is not taking call so say the receptionist say, he’s also not responding to any of my voicemails to his personal phone. And Mr. Levy is to important to talk to a unemployed ex customer (my thoughts)... Also I noted that the car is back on the market for $200 cheaper and a lower mileage then what I returned it on! PEOPLE BE CARFUL!!! More

frustrating No consideration of my time, even having an appointment the day after signing - car was not ready. I could go on with the poor attitude. I am sooo disappointed and will no longer recommend - Had to bring the car back to service because the "transportation mode" was left on among other things. The last payment of $225.00 is due me as my bank had already paid for December. Please do something right and remit $225 to me ASAP. . . More
