My First Subaru Experience I drive 600 miles per week to and from work and 35K per year overall. I started looking for a new car, with manual shift transmission and decent powe I drive 600 miles per week to and from work and 35K per year overall. I started looking for a new car, with manual shift transmission and decent power under the hood, about two months ago. I researched numerous makes and models and drove a Mini, Honda, Kia and Ford and looked at numerous other cars and SUVs before settling on the Forester 2.5i with manual transmission. (My previous car was a Kia Optima with 164K of carefree miles.) The interest in AWD and the Boxer engine, plus two Subaru owners at work, brought me to Crews Subaru and that was my final stop. Millet, Linda and Josh took great care of me, didn't try to convince me that I "needed" something different, and let me move to the final deal at my own pace over about four days time. I wish I had more money so I could buy a fleet of Subarus from these folks. More

Best price, fast service...and a warrantee I was looking for a completely different car at a Bluffton dealership and discovered a Ford C Max hybrid...the Bluffton dealership would not lower the I was looking for a completely different car at a Bluffton dealership and discovered a Ford C Max hybrid...the Bluffton dealership would not lower their price by a penny...and we all know part of the asking price is some leeway...when I didn't buy their C max they offered a $200 reduction..I went "$200 you're kidding me"...went on-line and found the same car at $2500 less with a warrantee!..drove up to Charleston and an hour later drove home the car...quick...easy..the easiest dealer I've ever dealt with More

I worked with Robert and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did not mind answering my many questions. My only complaint is that I have quickly learned that the vehicle fluid levels had not been maintained and keyless fob will unlock but not lock the doors even after replacing the battery. I guess I should have looked a little closer under the hood and locked the doors after completing my test drive. More

Millett really made the whole thing very pleasant, and even the used car manager came out and helped. The deal they offered, including my trade, was fair (based on True Car and Carguru) and Pam had everything ready for me to sign. I purchased a used Subaru with one little nagging flaw which they readily agreed to fix. Millett and Matt set-up an appointment in service for next week. A warranty on the engine and transmission was included at no charge. I hope the car will last a long time. More
