I had a very pleasant experience with the Crews Subaru team. The majority of my shopping was done online so my initial correspondence was with Linda Breedlove. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions and reserved my 2022 Outback Limited for me. I was able to pick up my car yesterday and I was very appreciative that Joshua Stringer took the time to explain each and every document that I had to sign. He also took the time to explain the warranty packages and gave me time to review them with no pressure to buy. Last but not least was Aaron Klatt who walked me through all of the features on my car and demonstrated how to use the controls. I can’t say that I will remember everything but he assured me that he is only a phone call away if I needed help or had any questions. This is my first Subaru and I have only owned it for one day but so far I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Crews Subaru team. More

This is the second Subaru suv that we have leased from Crews Subaru. We were assisted by Rhett who simply is super nice and who has helped us 2 years ago. Linda Breedlove, internet manager/specialist, contacted us about the Trade Up program and gave me specific numbers so I would know what to expect when I got to the dealership. I was greeted by Rhett when I got to Crews and he helped me find the car I was interested in. Very friendly yet professional; thank you for making our leasing experience painless. We look forward to doing future deals with Crews Subaru. I highly recommend Crews Subaru. More

As you may know this is the second Subaru we have As you may know this is the second Subaru we have purchased from Crews. We have been pleased with sales and service of the first one so we bought t As you may know this is the second Subaru we have purchased from Crews. We have been pleased with sales and service of the first one so we bought the second one. Millet, Tracie and Josh were excellent on this latest purchase. So we are very please with sales and of course Jason is great on service. Our issue is with the “Love-Encore” brochure indicating the Star Delivery Specialist would be in touch before, during, after delivery and after the first service appointment to discuss questions. Well no one reached out before or during. We made the purchase on 1/14 and delivery 1/15. There was no contact from Star Delivery before or during delivery and we were in the showroom for a long time on the14th I reached out to the contact we were given on 1/27 for an appointment. He responded on 1/29 that he was taking appointments for the week of 2/8. I responded on how about 11am on 2/8. There was no response so I reached out again on 2/4 for a confirmation but never received any communication in return. We are seniors so maybe the feeling is we can drop everything for Crews and we made other commitments for today. We have other commitments and are now covered up for the next 3 weeks. Including a second covid shot tomorrow and a business trip to Atlanta. By the way the Atlanta trip was a reason we wanted to take advantage of the Star Delivery. I will try and get a response from Star Delivery when we return. This whole situation has been a shock to us since we had so much confidence in Crews and Subaru. We even recommended them to several neighbors who bought new vehicles from your dealership. I would recommend you not make a service commitment if it can not be met. More

Love Crews Subaru! It has made leasing a car a smooth, actual fun, process. The personnel are efficient, knowledgeable, willing to help.
