This is our 2nd car from Mohawk. Our 1st experience was great and this one was even better. Brad, Lindsey, Jake and Scott were all 5 star people. Our daughter also bought one at Mohawk and plans to get a 2 great and this one was even better. Brad, Lindsey, Jake and Scott were all 5 star people. In particular I want to recommend Brad in sales and Jake who did our final car feature review and set up. More

I was approached to see if I might want to upgrade to a 2020 CR-V EX-L from my 2018 lease. I met with Cameron and everything went very smoothly for this transaction. This is my 5th CR-V and 3rd one from 2020 CR-V EX-L from my 2018 lease. I met with Cameron and everything went very smoothly for this transaction. This is my 5th CR-V and 3rd one from Mohawk Honda. being my 3rd from Mohawk speaks volumes for this agency. Cameron is professional, and easy to work with. Disorganized hot mess....I turned in a leased vehicle Disorganized hot mess.... I turned in a leased vehicle and purchased a used honda pilot from them. Turning in the lease, great. Jose and Jamison were both nice. We came to an agreement on the vehicle although, I feel they could have done a little more considering this is my 3rd honda from them. Next dealing was with Mike, awful. He was pushy and acted offended when I didn't want to purchase any of the over priced warranties he offered. Multiple times he changed the prices and kept saying "well it's only $35 more a month on your payment." I don't care what the payment amount will be, tell me what the total cost of the product is. He kept misquoting the terms of my loan and the warranty paperwork he sent over to me had the wrong purchase info. When i declined for the last time, he said well if something catastrophic happens, you're on your own then! Completely unprofessional and disorganized. When I arrived to pickup my new vehicle, it wasn't ready. We went out to look at it and I could tell it had not been cleaned. The front seats were spotty and the drivers seat had dust/fuzz in the cracks. I asked Jose if it had been cleaned and he said yes. We opened the back doors and there was dirty water on the seats and the headphones and wheel lock bag were laying on the seat and wet! The tray from the trunk was also missing. They told me that some times an outside detailing company helps them when they are busy and can't handle the vehicles they sell. Jose took it to their detail shop and had it cleaned. While we're waiting, Lindsey came to see us to apologize. She was very nice. I explained to her that the insurance for the car had also not been switched over. Jose said they had tried calling my old insurance company to set it up but failed to call me and ask for the new company ahead of time. Lindsey took care of the insurance for us. In the end, we spent about an hour and a half there, most of it waiting for things that should have been taken care of beforehand. The car should have been checked over, clean when I arrived, and I should have been called about the insurance. I was told it was Jose's day off and he came in, he never told me (explaination why insurance not handled). I was also told that they sold X number of cars over the weekend and X number the day before (explaination for being busy and car not clean). Neither of these explainations are my problem. They did not go out of their way to please me, this is just poor business practice. More
