Customer Service Department in the Service department is amazing Louie- Service Writer really cares and its refreshing to have someone always follow up with you even after the work is done. LIZ - Service Manager by far out performs any service manager I have ever worked with in my 30 years of owning GM's as well as Dodge. Liz should be traveling teaching other GM service managers and service writers on how to take care of customers in my opinion. More

I am not sure why it take a minimum of three days to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to find another dealership that has a quality service department. I am use to solid service from Dick Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle. I do not get nearly the same 5 star service at Rays that they give at Wickstrom in Roselle. Very disappointing. More

Went on the 28th for oil change and to see if they could resolve my exhaust issue. It was a 20 star experience. Yes thats 20 stars.......My world class service advisor T.J. Burke has a way of making me feel resolve my exhaust issue. It was a 20 star experience. Yes thats 20 stars.......My world class service advisor T.J. Burke has a way of making me feel great working with him to help me. Oil change went great. Exhaust issue was not working at the beginning , but thanks to your 20 star mechanic whose name was kole had a idea to resolve it. i was taking twice to vehicle to show his efforts. His idea the 2nd time i went down resolved it.When i come in the future i will ask for him to work on my Equinox which i happily drive now. I continue to drive 70 miles round trip when service needed as i have been for years as i have purchased several vehicles. This was the best experience i have had. By the way Kole checked out everything on the Equinox and gave a detailed report. I am impressed. please let Ray know what great employees he has and how a common man with not much was treated like royalty. Please Ray let these 2 gentleman know they made my day. I willl continue to come to your dealership till i cant. God Bless More
