Went on the 28th for oil change and to see if they could resolve my exhaust issue. It was a 20 star experience. Yes thats 20 stars.......My world class service advisor T.J. Burke has a way of making me feel great working with him to help me. Oil change went great. Exhaust issue was not working at the beginning , but thanks to your 20 star mechanic whose name was kole had a idea to resolve it. i was taking twice to vehicle to show his efforts. His idea the 2nd time i went down resolved it.When i come in the future i will ask for him to work on my Equinox which i happily drive now. I continue to drive 70 miles round trip when service needed as i have been for years as i have purchased several vehicles. This was the best experience i have had. By the way Kole checked out everything on the Equinox and gave a detailed report. I am impressed. please let Ray know what great employees he has and how a common man with not much was treated like royalty. Please Ray let these 2 gentleman know they made my day. I willl continue to come to your dealership till i cant. God Bless More

Ray's service has been great to me since I moved to Illinois in 1994 even though I had not bought any vehicles from them.
