I found that this Dealership put Customer Satisfaction ahead of pricing. The Salesman Jon did not use high pressure sales tactics and told me everything about the 2016 Ford F150 I was thinking of buying a ahead of pricing. This made my choice of buying this truck easy for me to make. Alex did the finance stuff and he was GREAT as well. Lisa was also great taking my calls and answering questions I had the sales. I am very impressed with all of the staff at Tim's. Previously I owned a 2010 Ford Fusion which I had serviced at Tim's after M&M Ford closed and the transition to Tim's went very well. Sean knew exactly what I wanted. The first truck he showed me (and the only truck I wanted to test drive at ANY dealership), I bought.
