Our experience at Niello was pretty good. Stephen and Terry took care of us the whole way through the process and answered all our questions. The only thing that took a while was getting the Stephen and Terry took care of us the whole way through the process and answered all our questions. The only thing that took a while was getting the paperwork created. There was only 1 finance person so we ended up waiting over 2 hours after figuring out purchase price and loan. Once we were in finance it went quickly. Not a bad experience at all just a long wait for some parts. More
