On the sales side, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Quin, a very professional salesperson, and Mr. Steve, the sales manager, who always ensures a fair and honest experience. They give you the time and space you need to make the right decision without pressure. The same professionalism carries over to the service department. The service advisors here focus only on what’s necessary for your vehicle, never trying to upsell things you don’t need. Kawa, my service advisor, has been outstanding. He makes sure my vehicle is taken care of properly and always advises me to bring it back if I notice anything after a repair. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. 5, I have purchased no less than 10 vehicles in my 30 years of driving. Not eager to help, do a poor job on a simple oil change and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. How does an employee for a car dealership not know if they wash cars or not when he works in maintenance. Also don’t know if it’s because we are not driving a Toyota but we bought the car from yall but they walked by us and checked in other cars and asked what they needed as me and my wife and baby sat there when we were clearly there first waiting watching employees walk around like they were scared to talk to customers and waited for someone else to jump on it. Overall xxxxty experience Toyota is not known for that at all my family has been doing business with y’all for years but I can say I’d be just fine never going back there after that.
