I’ve been doing business with Toyota of Rockwall since December 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From sales to service, the culture here is truly different. Many dealerships focus on quick deals with hidden tricks, but Toyota of Rockwall stands out by being upfront, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. On the sales side, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Quin, a very professional salesperson, and Mr. Steve, the sales manager, who always ensures a fair and honest experience. They give you the time and space you need to make the right decision without pressure. The same professionalism carries over to the service department. The service advisors here focus only on what’s necessary for your vehicle, never trying to upsell things you don’t need. Kawa, my service advisor, has been outstanding. He makes sure my vehicle is taken care of properly and always advises me to bring it back if I notice anything after a repair. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, Toyota of Rockwall is a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and long-term relationships over short-term gains. More

5, I have purchased no less than 10 vehicles in my 30 years of driving. I can honestly say that from the time I entered the doors at the Toyota of Rockwell dealership till I drove away with my new vehi years of driving. I can honestly say that from the time I entered the doors at the Toyota of Rockwell dealership till I drove away with my new vehicle it was by far the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Each and every staff member that I encountered was the essence of professionalism and courtesy. My sales representative Prince, was professional, courteous, and supportive during the entire process. I feel that he truly enjoys working with customers. His personality is well suited for a career in any field that requires direct interaction and contact with people. Not eager to help, do a poor job on a simple oil change and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. Didn’t wash our car but as we could see all the cars before us were washed when asking a and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. Didn’t wash our car but as we could see all the cars before us were washed when asking an employee if they do car washes he said he didn’t know if the dealership washes cars. How does an employee for a car dealership not know if they wash cars or not when he works in maintenance. Also don’t know if it’s because we are not driving a Toyota but we bought the car from yall but they walked by us and checked in other cars and asked what they needed as me and my wife and baby sat there when we were clearly there first waiting watching employees walk around like they were scared to talk to customers and waited for someone else to jump on it. Overall xxxxty experience Toyota is not known for that at all my family has been doing business with y’all for years but I can say I’d be just fine never going back there after that.
