Got my tires rotated as well, wheel feels stiff, it pulls and now whenever I go up an incline driveway or over speed bumps there is a rattling or clunking noise from the rear, maybe the axle. Go get ripped off somewhere else, you won’t be disappointed avoiding this place. More

Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. A part was missing back door panel loose new one had to be ordered and there is a knocking sound coming from under I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More
