They did not do a good job so I had to go back to fix it AGAIN. The fix was an alignment and when I got my car back the wheel was not centered!!!!!! Xavier never ordered my parts I had to call and do it all AGAIN. The fix was an alignment and when I got my car back the wheel was not centered!!!!!! Xavier never ordered my parts I had to call and do it all myself. Then they tried to scam me and charge me more than they said it would be. I showed them the paperwork and they fixed my pricing. HORRIBLE! The worst Toyota I have ever been at. Everything had issues. From my car work to ordering parts and pricing. Also, Xavier is rude terrible costumer service. Some lady that was taking keys and getting the cars in is horrible too. How come all employees are bad in every single department of this location. I would understand one bad employee but all of them? Wow More
