Purchasing my lease buyout was way more of a process than needed to be. I was NEVER contacted by Denooyer prior to my lease end. I was never given my vehicle walk through or any lease ending “stuff” that all needed to be. I was NEVER contacted by Denooyer prior to my lease end. I was never given my vehicle walk through or any lease ending “stuff” that all the emails and mailings from Chevrolet stated. After multiple attempts to contact Denooyer I finally got in touch with someone who was somewhat interested in selling me a car. I say somewhat because he scheduled an appointment with me, and then proceeded to be dealing with other customers during that time. After 2 HOURS in the dealership without getting anywhere, no pricing on extended warranty or interest rates (the whole reason I even went in I left). Upon saying I needed to leave I was promised a call from the sales manager the next day. That call didn’t occur I had to call and email asking to talk to him, even then I was never provided any details on the warranty except it was the best and the cost of it. If I could’ve brought my truck elsewhere I would’ve. I proceeded to secure my own financing and extended warranty. I will not go back to Denooyer. I truly felt as if they didn’t want to sell me the truck, More

This was my second time getting a vehicle through Denooyer's, I would so recommend them to anyone. I just did a trade in and I must say it was a great deal and Gene was wonderful on helping me find w Denooyer's, I would so recommend them to anyone. ~After 22 years of owning my 1998 Saturn, it was when I decided to get rid of it for good~the car did me well over the years but it covered over 212000 miles and the parts were getting harder to get for it decided to get rid of it for good~the car did me well over the years but it covered over 212000 miles and the parts were getting harder to get for it~I have always been a GM person since 1975 as my first car was a 1975 Camaro as I bought when I got discharged from the Navy~I went many years before my Saturn in buying GM cars~since around 2013 I started going to DeNooyer to buy parts and have service done on my Saturn and my Chevy Aveo~they always did the work in their service department beyond the standards~they recognize Veterans with discounts and the people there understand the needs of the customer~when it came time to buy a car I went back to where I always had great service and that would be DeNooyer Chevrolet~when I went to see them and purchasing my new vehicle was hooked up with a salesman named Vinny Pedone~he hooked me up with a car that my wife was looking for~I so appreciated that indeed~I would recommend anyone in buying a car at Denooyer to stop by and see Vinny~as said DeNooyer is always a great place to go to as it is also local from where I live~thanks Vinny~thanks Lou Germano~thanks Krysten~thanks Armand~thanks Joel DeNooyer and thanks DeNooyer Automobile dealership~ More

Good experience buying my new Silverado 1500.
