Meh Experience. Found a used Ford Edge located at Taylor Ford online. Checked it out and walked inside. Talked to a salesperson and got the keys. We were paying cash. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to see a Finance Manager. He wasn't very professional. He cracked kiddie jokes the entire time we were in the office. Our agreed upon price was jacked up $35 because wheel locks are installed on every vehicle on the lot. This was never mentioned. They just add it to your purchase price. A little deceiving! This is a Thursday night and our salesman has the day off tomorrow. We have to wait until Monday to pick up our vehicle. Don't these salesmen cover for each other when someone takes a day off? So we wait 4 days. Our vehicle has a 1/2 tank of gas. First time in over 40 years of buying vehicles at dealerships we haven't left with a full tank of gas. Usually the dealership or the salesman will take care of you to keep you coming back. Not at Taylor Ford. Halfway home the Tire Pressure Alert Light comes on. Tire is low. Reads 28 psi. Should be 35 psi. Aren't these vehicles checked before they are picked up? 2 Stars. More

My salesman went above and beyond delivering my Bronco, but there was something that had been sprayed on the fender, grill, and bumper. It took my salesman cleaning it off 3 times to get it clean. It shoul but there was something that had been sprayed on the fender, grill, and bumper. It took my salesman cleaning it off 3 times to get it clean. It should have never been brought to me like that for the price of that suv. I even brought it back the next Monday for the the people to get a more in detail cleaning, which my salesman ended up doing. Still as of today there is still some on there in small spots. I don’t know, not impressed with the delivering of the suv. More

They should refund the amount of $290 I paid to have a seamless title and new plate transfer. It was less than seamless. Transaction took 3 hours which should have been 1 hour at most. Sign title over, seamless title and new plate transfer. It was less than seamless. Transaction took 3 hours which should have been 1 hour at most. Sign title over, put temp tag on it and I am on my way. All this nonsense and waste of my time. More
