Greatest Car Buying Experience I was in the middle of a financial situation when my car decided to stop working, My lawyers said that some of their clients had worked with Klaben an I was in the middle of a financial situation when my car decided to stop working, My lawyers said that some of their clients had worked with Klaben and had great things to say about the company. I contacted Doug Carter and explained my situation. He was very understanding and said he would work with me to see what we could do. He took down all my information and had me fill out an application. I let him know what I was looking for and he told me he would look through his inventory to see what he had and would recommend since I was looking for a used car around a 2018 model. In the meantime I looked at the website and the car he recommended was the exact car that I liked from the website. Doug was very patient as it took a week for me to work with my lawyers to get access to the money for the down payment. Since Doug has been working from home during these times, he arranged for me to see Louis Polos when I came into the dealership to purchase the car. Louis was completely up to date on my situation and was warm and friendly and worked with me on completing some paperwork. He then showed me the car and gave me time to inspect it. Upon my approval of the car Louis took me to Denise Alcorn to complete the sale and the financing. She was very polite as we covered all financing of the vehicle and worked with me to add an extended warranty to the vehicle. I then went back to Louis and he took me out to the car and cover the features that the car had with me and answered my questions completely. In these difficult times I can honestly say that this was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Doug, Louis, and Denise did a great job and made me feel at ease through the whole experience. I will definitely recommend Klaben to all my friends. More
