Once I arrived he listened to my needs and found me exactly what I needed on the first try. He noticed it was my birthday and a manager by the name of Tim came over and gave me a gift certificate so that I could have a nice lunch. The extra mile was greatly appreciated. Once in the final steps in finance I spoke with Jennifer who was very helpful. She was friendly and informative. Louis was very knowledgeable and gave me enough time to make the right choice. He helped me set up my Bluetooth and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere of the facility was very welcoming and I will continue to make Klaben Ford Lincoln my preferred choice for all of my car needs. More
