When I finally made it to the Klaben Ford dealership the sales team were great the vehicle was clean and in great shape, Louis went through everything that was done to the truck and what all was covered with the certified pre owned ford warranty. Doug Carter helped us finalize the numbers to make it a deal that was great! When I got to the pointi of signing everything ( usually the worst part of buying a vehicle) Jenn Bowen was just as awesome as the sales team.
