Very quickly Louis responded via text, asked a few questions and sent links to an SUV that matched what I wanted. He made sure I had all the info I needed but didn’t hound me. Later we stopped in just to drive the car and worked with Brandon (Louis was tied up). After a great experience he gave us a good deal and we decided to purchase the car right there. Honestly that wasn’t the plan - I didn’t even bring my checkbook! Of all the cars I’ve purchased this was the most positive experience I’ve ever had. So far I really like the MKS. Ended up getting a Dealer Certified 2017. More

First Klaben experience This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Klaben. I had the pleasure of dealing with Louis Polos. I had inquired about a used Ford Fusion. Mr. Polos was quick to respond and answer any question I had regarding the vehicle. Mr. Polos also made sure that the vehicle I inquired about met my needs, or if any other vehicle the dealership had might better suit my needs. Mr. Polos also explained the purchasing process and set up a date/time to meet. The customer service level of Mr. Polos was excellent. At the day of the test drive, Mr. Polos explained the features of the vehicle, and during the test drive, pointed out several features that would aid in operating the Fusion. During the test drive, Mr. Polos was personable and made sure the Fusion still met my needs. Mr. Polos made the car buying experience a great one. From his prompt responses to questions via email, to making the buying process pleasent, he is an asset to this dealership. Denise Alcorn was the fiance officer I dealt with. Denise was very personable and carefully explained every piece of paper that I signed to close the deal. Denise also made sure that I understood every thing I signed and even went over a couple of things that I did not underdstand. Denise is very patient and is an additional asset to this dealership. I would definitely purchse another vehicle from this dealership. More

He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. He Never passed judgement on my past late payments and made things go so smoothly with this purchase that I hardly knew what to do as my wait time was little to nothing. When I arrived at the dealership, he had an Escape not only set aside for me, but had it washed and ready for a test drive! Never having met me before, he made an excellent choice based on my requests. Louis also worked very hard to ensure I was within my payment requirements. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my lease. I even received a follow-up phone call from Mr. Klaben as well as a follow-up email from Louis.
