I was disappointed that an extended warranty issue ended up costing me $250 (with no repair done) since Manly Honda determined that an AC refrigerant leak wasn’t under the extended warranty. Is it Manlys in up costing me $250 (with no repair done) since Manly Honda determined that an AC refrigerant leak wasn’t under the extended warranty. Is it Manlys intention that customers risk large cost just to see if it’s under warranty or not? Also it appears that Manly service damaged the clutch slave cylinder on my car in the AC diagnostics. My clutch suddenly failed and put me in danger. I am assuming it was damaged by Manly service since clutch cylinder bolts were not reinstalled properly and only Manly had serviced the car in the last 2 years (excluding routine oil changes which don’t come near the clutch cylinder). I have had over 7 Hondas but am now considering other makes due to poor service. More

I raised about a minor issue in my earlier review and Tom Henschel was able to respond back quickly and we are able to resolve it. Service is fast. But i got a pretty generic response that the noise are within expected limits. But the very reason i took the car to the service is because of my pre But i got a pretty generic response that the noise are within expected limits. But the very reason i took the car to the service is because of my previous review where i mentioned about noise. I was offered a rental car, which I thought is free of cost. I wasnt told its charge, but i didn't mine paying. But i drove only 15 miles in total before returning the car, but i got a charge of 18$ in credit card for driving 15 mile which is absurd. When i called, staffs are not able to give me a clear answer how its 18$ for 15 mile. It would have consumed less than a gallon for what i drove. When i tried reaching out to the person who got me the car from rental department, i wasnt able to talk over the 5 times i reached. no response for voice mail. More
