Jose stepped up and welcomed me as if a local, listening to my needs and concerns...answering all my questions. The result was a fast turnaround on the fixes I needed, delivered on-time, precisely as promised. No up-charges and no surprises. Well, except one: they checked out and fixed a few minor things that I needed, and tossed in a discount and a free inspection to identify items that I should keep in mind for the future.
