Robert was top notch! He did a great job! I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer, but he had a great attitude and it was fun making the deal. I feel I got a very fair price, and love the car. Robert also provided service after the sale when I called him to ask how something on the car worked. I had the car shipped, so I didn't get the full tutorial or set-up. (Totally not Robert's fault, simply due to time and logistics.) There is a lot to learn, many things about BMW have changed since 2014 which is my previous car. More

Deceptive practices. They provided me with an absolute, final price with the sales tax of CA (10.25%) included prior to my flight out there. After I flew out to the dealership from out of state, they changed that total price (supposedly based on my address in NV). Then after I reasoning with them, they reduced the total price of the vehicle to reflect the correct quoted amount over the telephone. By the time we were signing the contract, they rushed me out the door as it was almost 9pm and I had a long road trip ahead of me that they kept reminding me of. As we were signing the deal, I asked Lucy how exactly he changed the del, and she told me that he simply reduced the total sales amount for me to reflect the quoted price. What she failed to tell me, was that they increased the interest rate of the loan from 6.65% to0 7.25%. When I called the next day, they claimed that they went over this and that I should have paid attention to the deal. It is a matter of principalities. I can afford for them to lie and steal a little more money that the deal, but their evil ways will bring them a bad future. These are all deceptive people who should be avoided at all cost. It is in their best interest to change their evil ways, for the path of the evil doer does not end well.... More

I scheduled an appointment to check my 2022 BMW x3 that I purchased from pacific BMW less than a month ago, and requested a loaner vehicle. The technician mentioned that the car was okay as long as the lights didn’t come on, but if I wanted to leave the car, it would have to stay overnight and they didnt have a loaner vehicle available.
