How do you know you purchased from a great dealership? Let me share my experience with Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I started online and found two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I reached out and was connected with Drew, who was excellent from the very first phone call. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered my questions, and—most importantly—was never pushy. In fact, I had to call him back to finalize everything. After completing most of the paperwork electronically, my buddy and I drove four hours to pick up the vehicles. When we arrived, everything was ready to go. Both vehicles were clean, detailed, and Drew took the time to walk us through all the bells and whistles. During the final OnStar call, I noticed something wasn’t right with the climate control. After some confusion, I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Both vehicles were brand new with only about 10 miles on them, and at this point the Tahoe was already paid for and plated—so technically, this was now my problem. I went back to Drew and explained what was going on. He looked at me like I was crazy—in the best way—then immediately jumped in the vehicle and drove it straight into the service department himself. No hesitation. While they were diagnosing the issue, I waited a few hours and was offered a loaner car and lunch on them. Then Drew called me with the news: my brand-new $97,000 Tahoe needed an A/C compressor. That was a tough call to get—but Drew and Matt immediately apologized and assured me they would take care of everything. And this is where Lester Glenn truly earned my respect, my review, and my future business. They quickly plated my trade-in vehicle and told me they would have Ryan drive my Tahoe—fully repaired—back to me within two days. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. But 48 hours later, my vehicle arrived exactly as promised, fully repaired, and working perfectly. Lester Glenn didn’t cause the A/C issue. What they did do was drop everything to make sure I was taken care of. I honestly can’t think of anything more they could have done. I’m extremely grateful for the effort, professionalism, and integrity shown by everyone at Lester Glenn Chevrolet—especially Drew and Matt. This is how dealerships should operate. More

I have purchased and leased many vehicles in my life so I've been exposed to a lot of different experiences, some good....and some terrible. I needed to get my Silverado in for an unexpected issue that I've been exposed to a lot of different experiences, some good....and some terrible. I needed to get my Silverado in for an unexpected issue that arose and I was scheduled to take a 5-hour trip, and I was nervous that the problem could get worse or even disable the truck along the way. The people at Lester Glenn worked their schedule so I could get my truck in prior to my trip, which gave me peace of mind. When my lease was up about 6 months later, I went back to them, thinking I'd get another Silverado, but things didn't work out as I had expected. Bill was very attentive to what I was saying while I sat with him and described how my life and vehicle needs had changed a bit since I leased the Silverado. To sum my review up, I ended up test driving a Traverse and loved it! He let me enjoy the experience and shared with me some of the vehicle's finer points during the drive. His no pressure approach was very much appreciated, and I encourage anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to meet with him and find the car/truck that works best for them.
