I'm so sorry to hear that one of our team members told you we could assure you a specific payment, as we cannot determine any payments until we have all the variants required to do so. Unfortunately, we were unable to get to the payment you desired without taking an additional discount on the vehicle selected. Our used cars are offered at a One Price Policy based on current market value, which gives every customer the same opportunity to purchase the vehicle at the same price, therefore we do not allow for any additional discounts on our preowned inventory, which was necessary to get to your requested payment. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment having driven from Arkansas and am sending you a gift card to make up for your gas expense. Again, I apologize for the negative experience and assure you that our General Sales Manager will be coaching the individuals involved on the proper procedures.
