1000 dollars of services (sealant) was hidden from me. I didn’t know about that. Very disappointed! I asked do many times the car’s MSRP and was told 39,500. Then turned out I was thrown 1,999 Market adjust didn’t know about that. Very disappointed! I asked do many times the car’s MSRP and was told 39,500. Then turned out I was thrown 1,999 Market adjustment and 1000 of services NOT requested. Not fair at all. More

I had a great experience with Universal Hyundai. When I arrived the vehicle I was interested in had unfortunately been sold. Mr. Luis Narvaez went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact make/model with arrived the vehicle I was interested in had unfortunately been sold. Mr. Luis Narvaez went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact make/model with interior/exterior colors as I wanted at an affordable price. He was very patient with going over all of the car features and explaining how to use the associated apps. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and no one was overbearing or trying to pressure me to buy anything, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

We wanted a SUV but wasn't sure what m From the time we walked into the dealer showroom Luis Narvaez our Sales Consultant attended to our every need. We wanted a SUV but wasn't sure what model. Luis was very patient by taking us around the new car lot and explained what the various SUV's had to offer. He was very personable and made the purchase of a new car seamless. Once we purchased Luis gave us a tour of the dealership, introduced us to various people and made sure we felt comfortable when time for our SUV maintenance. Luis thoroughly explained all the details of the SUV again before we left with our new SUV. Several employees we didn't even work with came by to congratulate us on our new purchase.
