I have been living in this beautiful community of The Woodlands for the last 7 years with my wife Maria and my two children (Luis and Paula), who are now in college. My Japanese grandfather, taught me about respect and honor. My parents taught me the Latin passion for customer service and the importance of personal relationships. In the US, I have learned to be professional, formal and respectful of others’ time. After 25 years working in the software industry, I now have the opportunity to work in such a great place at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands, where all the pieces match perfectly–the best luxury brand, great technology, highest safety standard cars, great service, management and finance teams, family-owned business, and beautiful installations, among others. I will do whatever it takes to provide you with an amazing experience finding the car of your dreams!

Avoid this place! He acted like he was giving me a discount on the sticker price and then when the numbers were typed out they were charging me $3600 over the sticker He acted like he was giving me a discount on the sticker price and then when the numbers were typed out they were charging me $3600 over the sticker price and acted worried that I might change my mind once I had a copy of the numbers in my hand. And then introduced me to the manager that "gave me this great deal"! Scam artists! More

Sam was excellent to work with. He took his time me to explain the entire process and helped reserve the purchase of the right vehicle. I will refer him to my friends and family. Some dealerships do not charge a premium and this dealership does charge a minimum $5k premium on their vehicles which was unfortunate. So I paid more than I needed to. More

Just purchased my second SUV from MBOTW - the sales department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back. Luis Osawa was patient and thorough as we explored which vehicle wa department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back. Luis Osawa was patient and thorough as we explored which vehicle was right for us. David Gonzales helped walk me through the features of both my cars...really helpful and easy to follow. John did a great job making sure the final details on my car were taken car of and it was perfect when I picked it up. And Mark Escobar and the rest of the service department set the standard for customer service. Thank you MBOTW!!! More

Our salesman (Luis Osawa) was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, polite, professional....and most impo Mercedes-Benz dealership.....and then some!
