We’ve had the pleasure to work with Keryon Rogers twice this year on the purchase of 2 Mazda CX9 SUVs, and both times he’s managed to make the purchase experience almost flawless, he’s very dedicated to hi this year on the purchase of 2 Mazda CX9 SUVs, and both times he’s managed to make the purchase experience almost flawless, he’s very dedicated to his work and will go the extra mile to find the vehicle that’s right for you, very professional salesperson. Furthermore, on the first purchase, him and Ray over at finance worked as an amazing team, Kudos to Ray too, however on the second purchase John, in finance did less of a pleasant job, he did not bother to make the effort to build any rapport or to review any of the documents he presented just because he saw me “reading them, so it wasn’t necessary” he was very dismissive up until the point were I had to address the downpayment, which point he literally said “let’s go take your money” with a very fractious tone. Thankfully Keryon was very reassuring and with his effort, made up for other lacking areas, we definitely look forward to working with Keryon and Ray again, you guys were great, excellent customer service skills! More
