What a pleasant experience all the way around. Mr. Fitts has assembled a phenomenal team here. I purchased a truck off the internet and had to fly out to pick it up. I was a little apprehensive about doing this; would the truck be as described? Would there be hidden fees or unexpected ‘problems’? Everything, and I mean everything, was first class from start to finish. Even before I arrived my rep, Luke Lord, was patient with all my questions and promptly answered them. When I flew into PIT I was met by the most amazing driver who was so interesting the 45 minute drive seemed like 5 minutes. Well, when I arrived at the dealership the truck was exactly as described and just gorgeous. Throughout the day Luke took his time to walk me through all the great Ford tech. Next stop was the back office to sign the paperwork. Eric was super efficient and quick, but patient. If that makes sense! No hidden fees, no pressure tactics, and exactly as Luke and I had worked out. I was impressed they were even able to complete most of my out of state registration. So, to sum up: Phil Fitts Ford is a first class operation composed of real decent people. They deserve a look and your business. Even though they’re out of state for me they will be my first stop when I replace this truck down the road. A pleasure doing business with you Gentlemen! More
