He enabled my husband and I to test drive a number of vehicles and graciously welcomed us back to test vehicles again. I felt no pressure or sense of being rushed to make a decision. When we did select our new X1, our transaction was handled promptly and efficiently. Best of all, we were given the most thorough and informative tutorial by Genius Luke Wojtas who will also provide an additional tutorial again in a few weeks, if we so desire. I have a whole new positive outlook about car buying after my purchase today. Previous dealerships I've dealt with could all take lessons from Bob and Luke at Knauz. More

A friend referred me to salesperson Judy Powell, and I will say I've never enjoyed buying a car more than with her. Generally, buying a car comes with annoying salesmen pressuring a customer into upgrades and unnecessarily dragging out the shopping experience to the point where the customer is so turned off by the staff that they no longer want the car, even if they wanted it when they walked into the dealer. Judy's product knowledge was very good, and she was Frank and direct about pricing. She did not waste a moment of my time trying to talk me into something I did not want. I greatly appreciate this level of respect. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Luke patiently walked me through all its features and made me aware of all the services available with my purchase. Dealer environment is reflective of the luxury products they sell, and customer service to match. More

He took the time required to explain us everything about the different BMW options.
