A disaster This is what i wrote before on the reveiwa before thw manager told me to take it down and he'll help.. but i ayill had to pay $326 for nothing new to This is what i wrote before on the reveiwa before thw manager told me to take it down and he'll help.. but i ayill had to pay $326 for nothing new to be done to the car and its thw same way it was. Nothing changed.**** t's all about the money for the service reps and manager. How would any of you feel if you brought your car here for service and after back and forth with the warranty for two full weeks, nothing is fixed on the car but I'm gonna have to pay $409 to get it back? That is wicked and I in my wheelchair try to explain to Yasmin the service rep and Frank the service manager that this don't look good for a big company like dodge ripping of a poor man like me For $ 409 for a car that's value around $2000. Like I explained to them I am not looking for pity.. I just think it's unfair and unreasonable. With that in mind, I am not going to be the person to encourage anybody to go here or mske any reccommendations.. especially the service department. I haven't even complain about all the other times when I they keep your vehicles for long hours and days while they take their own little time to fix it.. also that other time whem they want charge me for fixing ac.a. but it was still blowing hot air. I wish I could get an audience with the general manager to let him know my full experience and this place.. it's mostly not good.. and must make lot of imrovement or will loose lot of potrntial and present customers. More

Bad cars Cars are used and not inspected properly , and can never reach someone when issue . Lemar is excellent though a good compassionate person this review is not for him but for the negligence of this dealer. Maggie is also great with great customer service skills !! More

Service My Service Representative Maggie was Very Professional and Courteous. Maggie was very helpful throughout the recall service visit. Any questions I p My Service Representative Maggie was Very Professional and Courteous. Maggie was very helpful throughout the recall service visit. Any questions I presented to her were answered expeditiously from knowledge or conferring with her Supervisor (an excellent leadership trait). This recall required me to leave my vehicle for several days because the part had to be ordered. I was authorized a rental car and waited patiently in the waiting area after the dealership made the call to Enterprise. Enterprise never showed. Maggie made a followup call to Enterprise again in front of me, they said they were coming I provided my phone number to Enterprise and patiently waited outside the dealership (this all happened at approximately 6:10 PM), again Enterprise never showed. I received a followup text from Maggie asking was I picked up. I told her " NO". The followup text of concern by Maggie was definitely appreciated. Your Organization may need to evaluate the services of Enterprise. More
