Asked if they gave a car wash after service,service writer said yes,but half the detail dept was on vacation and they were short handed in the service area and could not do a wash. If I was a new custo writer said yes,but half the detail dept was on vacation and they were short handed in the service area and could not do a wash. If I was a new customer coming in and wanted to buy a new car that day,would you tell me you couldn't sell the car because you were short handed on sales people,I think the answer should have been we are short handed today but will get to it asp,or had give me a coupon for a wash at some other place. George Palmer, Finance, made the paperwork as seamless and concise as we have had; all details and questions fully explained.
