There was an issue with an incorrect credit card charge. I notified the sales staff that performed the charge and they said they would perform the credit. However, 3 months passed. I contacted Mr. Juan Ba I notified the sales staff that performed the charge and they said they would perform the credit. However, 3 months passed. I contacted Mr. Juan Barcenas in finance to discuss and took immediate action to fact find to determine the issue. It is important to note Mr. Juan Barcenas followed up with me a few days later with a phone call to provide status. Within days after that, Mr. Barcenas provided me the credit card credit receipt.
