The price was right, and I received a fair trade-in amount for my vehicle. I also received a very low interest rate on my new loan. My salesperson, Mara Russell, was a pleasure to deal with; she could not have been more helpful. She explained every detail of the vehicle to me. After the test drive Mara spent the time to review all the features of the SUV, and ensured we were comfortable with the location and operation of these features. After the sale Mara encouraged us to drive the SUV for a week and return to the dealership with follow up questions we may have. The whole process took two days from test drive to drive away with a new 2016 MKX all registered and insured. All in all best experience in purchasing an auto ever. More

I recently leased a 2016 MKx through her and the experience was first rate. Mara was funny, friendly, personable, helpful, totally knowledgeable about the intricacies and features of the vehicle, and NOT pushy. I met with her, and spent about an hour looking and test driving and decided that I liked the car, but that the monthly payment was to high. I looked at several other comparable cars and decided in the end that the MKx was the best vehicle, so I made some compromises in my monthly budget to more comfortably accommodate the monthly payment. I went back to the dealership to tell Mara that I would take the car and she wasn't there that day. There was no way I was going to let another rep close the deal she started, so I came back when she was at the dealership. She's the best and earned the commission 100%! I would recommend Mara to anyone interested in a Lincoln. For my money, she's the ideal sales consultant. More

When she did not know the answer to a question, she researched it to provide an accurate answer. The expectations set throughout the experience were met or exceeded. The sales manager Wayne and business office personnel Sean were respectful of my time and got everything taken care of for me in a customer friendly and convenient manner. In summary, my family got a great vehicle at an excellent price (best price within 150-mile radius for the same vehicle) and we left feeling like we should probably return the next time we're in the market for a car.
