He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the MKX. I loved working with him besides his outstanding knowledge of the lincoln vehicles he was so easy to work with no pressure it was a great experience I would recommend Florin to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.Herb Chambers is a Great Place to shop for a new vehicle a first class dealership. Great truck buying experience! I usually dread as I’m sure most people do, buying a new vehicle, with all the stress and frustration associated in purchasing a new vehicle. But I ha I usually dread as I’m sure most people do, buying a new vehicle, with all the stress and frustration associated in purchasing a new vehicle. But I have to be honest with you; my latest experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree was about as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for and made me rethink my earlier statement. I came in to look at a 2015 Ford F250 and was introduced to Mara Russell. She quickly located the vehicle and we were of on a test ride in no time. While on the test ride they evaluated my trade and by the time we got back we were ready to battle or so I thought. The price on the new truck was the best on the internet as I had been looking for some time for just the right truck and the trade was appraised fairly and we were quickly able to come to an “agreement”. When I came to pick up the truck Mara took time to show me all the features in the truck and helped me personalize the door codes and such. Everyone at Herb Chambers and in particular Mara was GREAT to deal with; I can’t say enough good about them. I would highly recommend Mara as well as Herb Chambers and when it’s time for another vehicle I will certainly start my search there. Keep up the good work! Sincerely Dave Houlihan More
