I have bought many cars over the years and always dreaded the experience. Maybe that's partly why I kept the cars so long. My recent experience in buying a car with help from Marc Bales was wonderful. He was the experience. Maybe that's partly why I kept the cars so long. He was extremely patient and responsive as I went through all kinds of options and vehicles in my pursuit of what I wanted. All of this was done online. When it came time to replace our old Lexus RX330 with a new RX350 I contacted several dealerships in the region. Marc Bales was by far the best sales rep to deal with, he listened to the features we wanted new RX350 I contacted several dealerships in the region. Marc Bales was by far the best sales rep to deal with, he listened to the features we wanted on our new RX and was very responsive throughout the process. We got a great deal and traded in our old RX330. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive to Lexus of Chattanooga. All the staff were excellent and a great experience overall, thanks Marc! More
