Buying a new car The dealership really is great. The only problem was waiting for them to come back with an offer. It seemed to take forever, but maybe we were anxio The dealership really is great. The only problem was waiting for them to come back with an offer. It seemed to take forever, but maybe we were anxious. The car has so many bells and whistles, it's hard to keep track of everything new and electrical. But, how great those bells and whistles are. We had a slight problem with 2 things soon after purchase. But service and tech were there to help. The only problem remaining has nothing to do with the dealership. The Lexus App does not seem to work to start the car. We have been told a way around this by the dealership, but not yet sure how far away we can be to make this work. (Can we be a mile, 20 miles, 100 miles, 1000 miles?) So, the dealership is great, but the biggest problem is that the MAIN OFFICE of Lexus has not yet figured out how to fix a problem. On another note, Carlton was very kind and caring and once he knew that my wife had a problem with cologne/fragrance, he did not wear any the day we picked up the car. That showed that he went above and beyond to be there for his customers. More
