Good Morning JJR, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It is only through honest feedback from our Guests that we can truly identify challenges and improve our performance. We may not always like what we read but we must see criticism as an opportunity to do better. As I said last night when you were here, the poor performance was completely my fault. We had 3 Guests here at the same time and only 2 Finance Managers to complete their paperwork. I did not realize that you had a 6 pm appointment with us (I should have) so I started to put a Guest into Finance in front of you. Once I was told about my mistake I immediately changed plans. I asked one of the other Guests to wait (they generously agreed) and I got you into Finance with Lynn. This did result in us getting you into Finance at 6:35 instead of your schedule time of 6:00 pm, which again, was my fault. I am very sorry for this mistake and the inconvenience it caused you. It is simply unacceptable. You and I are in total agreement on this point. One point I must respectfully disagree with you on is your statement that are "not interested enough in customer satisfaction". I will say without any doubt that Customer Satisfaction is our #1 concern. This is true before, during, and after the sale. Again, I am sorry that you did not experience this and our actions made it appear like we didn't care. Our process obviously needs improvement, but not our level of "interest". I would point out that once I was informed that I had caused a delay in your delivery I got involved immediately to correct my mistake. I then had 4 of my Associates assist me in order to get things back on track. We had our Technology Specialist go through the new vehicle with your wife while Tina and I rearranged things to get you into Finance. Lynn then completed your paperwork while Daphne put the tag on your new vehicle. These are not the actions of people who don't care about our Guests. Poor performance, yes. Not caring, no. At the end of the day, the only thing that really matters is we executed poorly and disappointed one of our valued Guests. Again, I will accept full responsibility for this. I thank you again for you input and honest feedback. I promise you that we will take this evaluation very seriously. We will learn from it and we will work diligently to improve our performance.
