Donnie made our car buying experience so easy. He went out of his way to resolve an issue with the car's sunroof. Overall, I had a great experience at Northside Lexus—especially thanks to Mr. Hector, who made the process feel smooth, exciting and stress-free. He was kind, attentive, and had everything ready for me when I arrived, including the car I was interested in test driving. He walked me through the sale with transparency and care, which I really appreciated. My only concern was with Mr. Marcus in the finance department. He didn’t greet me warmly, repeatedly mispronounced my name—even while confirming it with my credit union—and didn’t take the time to ask how it should be said. It felt a bit impersonal, especially during an exciting moment. That said, I understand we all have off days, and I’d like to extend grace and assume he was focused more on the paperwork than the customer experience. Thanks to Mr. Hector, my excitement stayed intact, and I still left feeling good about my purchase. I would absolutely recommend this dealership overall—just hope they continue to prioritize the human side of customer service across the board. More
