My sales agent did good and handled me as best as he could. I left unannounced because I needed a break, but when I came back, everyone welcomed me back with open arms lol. The manager really worked with me, and he made me feel comfortable with the buying process. . The finance guy was rude, as they all are, so that was understandable for sure. He seemed disappointed that I got a good deal on the car and I felt like he tried to shame me for it. He used profanity accidentally, which I get no ones perfect, but he seemed really comfortable doing it, which I didn’t like. A lot of his own personal feelings seemed to lead the transaction, and when you’re a professional, that shouldn’t even play a role. He tried to insinuate that the manager would get in trouble for giving me the deal, even though that was something we negotiated on. He was very flip in his tone. Overall, I did not like the finance experience at all, but again, I think that’s how they all are at every dealership you go to. All in all, I had a decent experience working with everyone, and my vehicle was perfect. No scratches or smudges. Detailing was bar none. Will probably be a lifetime customer, and will tell my friends about the quality of service I receive. More

Thorough and polite. Marcus spoke with us immediately about the Honda CRV. We looked at a black one which was quite nice.
