We brought our Outback in for schedule oil change and inspection today without an appointment. We knew that we may have to wait - were told 2 hrs. Since we want to look around the Ascend and the Wild inspection today without an appointment. We knew that we may have to wait - were told 2 hrs. Since we want to look around the Ascend and the Wilderness, we didn't mind it at all. In fact, they were done with our car in an hour. What a great service! But what we love the most is that Marcus (service manager) remember our little dog's name. That's a personal attention to customer. Thanks 5-Star Subaru. And appreciate Azrael for following up with me regarding the Outback Wilderness. More

They were 5 stars until the last two experiences. Customer service was poor with Tyson and good with Mike. It used to be excellent. They were both friendly but they missed the mark.
