Marek Gryc made sure we were kept up to date as to when the car went into production, when it was at port in Germany, when it was headed to the US, and when it left port in Baltimore to come to Illinois! I think he was just as excited as we were to see our beautiful car! We picked it up today, and I honestly have never had a transaction go any easier!! Alec Rodrigues (our BMW Genius) took extra time with us to make sure we knew all of the “Bells and Whistles” (there are a lot of them!) This won’t be the last time we buy from Knauz! The personnel at Karl Knauz BMW are very kind & efficient; especially two people; Marak GRYC, my salesman & David Rolain, the service manager. I recently purchased a 330IXGT at Knauz BMW & after h efficient; especially two people; Marak GRYC, my salesman & David Rolain, the service manager. I recently purchased a 330IXGT at Knauz BMW & after having driven less than 10,000 miles I was told that I had to replace & then purchase two new replacement rear tires at a cost of $936.27. I was honestly shocked that I needed new tires after driving a little order one year after purchase. I thought it was outrageous so I talked to Mr. Gryc who, in turn, talked to Mr Rolain. After a wait of a few days I was told to bring the car in to service. I did so & two days later I was told that the rear tires had been replaced & the wheels realigned at no cost to me! I sincerely wish to than Mr. Rolain for helping me in this matter & to thank Mr. GRYC interceding for me. This was absolutely the right thing to do & I am extremely pleased with Knauz BMW & its personnel! Thank you SO MUCH! More
