I even received an email from your dealership asking why I did NOT show up for my appointment? Whoever logged in me must have been inexperienced and in need of additional training. Needed dealership repair I love my BMW 335D, but it is out of regular warranty so I try to be more selective of when I take it to the dealer. I appreciate that the higher costs reflect the training and standards they provide, and try to be judicious of when I need them. That being said - when I do use the dealership I feel it has always worth the value represented.
