Mary treated me like an actual human being and listened to my wants and needs. I will b telling everyone about her, especially all my female friends and family member's. Its hard out there trying to make a deal as a woman, but she brought my faith back into it. So happy w her and Scott Douglas for making my experience at BMW actually enjoyable, unlike everywhere else I had been shopping. Def by far the best dealership to buy from!
