This dealership was spotless to begin. The personalized service was outstanding. They provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and had plenty of very nice snacks and drinks available while we wait service was outstanding. We had a very good experience purchasing a new vehicle. Our sales rep (Mario) was excellent. However, as we were waiting for paperwork I was a little surprised to notice that many potential customers were Our sales rep (Mario) was excellent. However, as we were waiting for paperwork I was a little surprised to notice that many potential customers were not promptly greeted when they walked in. We also had a little SNAFU with our trade-in (my fault), and that situation was handled satisfactorily by Mario and the management. Overall - GOOD experience. Will definitely recommend Ferman and Mario. More
