Tech, Mike..Service Adviser Chris and Mark Hardman Part manager. Awesome Job. it was very frustrating having to wait over 8 months for my suspension parts. But Mark told they were on back order and told me DO NOT PUT AFTER MARKET STRUT/SOCKS on my 2011 MDX. Mark worked vigorously to get the parts in soon as possible. And Because of his diligence with my patience. The service dept was finally able to get the job done! Mike (tech) did a xxxx of a job with the installation. The suspension feels like a brand new MDX.
