My name is Mario Hurley I am from Costa Rica, I got to America in 2004 alone with my two brothers and my mom. I lived for a year at New Jersey and then moved to Denton, Texas in 2005 where I finished high school. I went to North Central Texas College to study radio, television and film, radio has always been my passion and I actually had the opportunity to do radio and have my own show for about 5 years and different Spanish radio station here in the Metroplex. I have been married for 10 years and I have two children Kevin and Mia and they mean the world to me the same as my wife Gladys. I really enjoy and love to work for Five Star Ford because give us the right tools and training to treat all our customers the way they deserve it. I have been in the auto sales industry for about a 7 years and Five Star Ford it’s the only dealership I have worked for I hope I can stay here for many years to serve our community.

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle with Mario and our experience as always was excellent. He made sure we understood everything. Always goes above and beyond for us. Everyone in the process was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Both my wife and I purchased our current vehicles from this location and have had excellent experiences. We had a fantastic experience working with Five Star Ford recently on a purchase of a truck. We were not from the DFW area so we worked with them over the phone and online and it was seamless. The online team, the dealer team, and the finance team were some of the best we have worked with in this process. We have been shopping for a truck for the past year and we have worked with various dealers across the state Five Star Ford by far had the best customer service, the fastest response times, and seemed the most knowledgeable about the trucks they were selling. We found a minor issue with the vehicle after taking ownership but Mario got some photos of the problem and is still working with us to make sure we are truly satisfied. We would definitely work with this dealership again in the future. More
