Wonderful Car Buying Experience I HATE buying a car, it’s usually worse than going to the dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked o I HATE buying a car, it’s usually worse than going to the dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked onto the lot to when I left with my new “certified” used car. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a true pleasure to deal with. They listened to everything that I needed and were able to deliver what I desired. Mario was so nice to get me an In n Out burger for my growling stomach at lunchtime and took me to put gas in the car so I wouldn’t leave the lot with an empty tank. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and plan on having any maintenance needed performed here instead of the dealer closer to my home. I really appreciate the attentiveness during the buying process from Joe and this was the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years. THANK YOU!!! More

Exemplary Service I've always dreaded the car buying experience, until I met Joe and Mario. Even though I changed my mind several times, they were patient and made sure I has beyond satisfied with my vehicle. From proving food and drinks to family because we were there for hours trying to decide on a vehicle, to delivering the vehicle to us under a strict timeline, Joe and Mario went above and beyon, changing my mind about sales people and the buying experience. Joe and Mario are real people that were concerned with my satisfaction and not with high pressure sales tactics so they could close a deal.
