However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked o I HATE buying a car, it’s usually worse than going to the dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked onto the lot to when I left with my new “certified” used car. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a true pleasure to deal with. They listened to everything that I needed and were able to deliver what I desired. Mario was so nice to get me an In n Out burger for my growling stomach at lunchtime and took me to put gas in the car so I wouldn’t leave the lot with an empty tank. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and plan on having any maintenance needed performed here instead of the dealer closer to my home. I really appreciate the attentiveness during the buying process from Joe and this was the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years. THANK YOU!!! More

Even though I changed my mind several times, they were patient and made sure I has beyond satisfied with my vehicle. From proving food and drinks to family because we were there for hours trying to decide on a vehicle, to delivering the vehicle to us under a strict timeline, Joe and Mario went above and beyon, changing my mind about sales people and the buying experience.
