Yes and NO Marisa Thompson couldn't have been more helpful nor nicer. Really enjoyed working with her. Our bad experience came at financing. The young man who finally helped us was efficient and pleasant BUT there were several people who were taken ahead of us to sign papers. The night manager or whoever he was, was not helpful and became abrupt. We had traveled nearly 100 miles to work with this dealership and were tired and wanted to go home. If we hadn't already turned in our leased car we would have gotten up and left. This is the only reason for just 4 stars. Rating would have gone up if better treatment at financing. Would have gone down if we could just rate the wait, after being told it would be quick and others hadn't been taken before us. Still steamed over the wait in financing. More
