I contacted Marissa online n after checking out of dealerships I decided to give Marissa our business because of her honesty on how I should handle my trade in. When my wife met Marissa she made us fe dealerships I decided to give Marissa our business because of her honesty on how I should handle my trade in. When my wife met Marissa she made us feel like we had been friends for years. The rest of the staff was just as great and made the process so easy. When we left the dealership with our new car we looked at each other and noticed we had been at the dealership for 3 hours but it didn’t feel like it. That’s why we give the entire staff 5 stars!!!! Words cannot describe how great of an experience Marissa Anderson provided for my family and I. I inquired about a crosstrek basic and Marissa Anderson quickly responded and was very knowledgeable and patient and caring. Though my credit situation was not good she made me feel still important and thr quickly responded and was very knowledgeable and patient and caring. I was able to get a premium crosstrek which I was able to bring home and proud to drive it. My first new car in sooooo many years. So happy I got my prayers answered and Marissa was God sent. My God, she has excellent customer service and very efficient and so caring. We got goodies for our dogs too because she is loving to animals too. Keep up your good work Marissa and Elk Grove Subaru is so lucky to have you. I was in the market of trading in my 20 Hyundai Tucson for a 22 Subaru Legacy Touring XT and got a online trade in offer for my Tucson from their website. I was dealing with Marissa and she was very promp for a 22 Subaru Legacy Touring XT and got a online trade in offer for my Tucson from their website. I was dealing with Marissa and she was very prompt and knowledgeable. Very polite and I didn't feel pressured. I told her that my decision is solely based on the offer of my trade in. Unfortunately I was working that day and showed up to Elk Grove Subaru before Marissa left but she had everything lined up. She told me that she had the car parked up front and set aside waiting for me to arrive. She told me to ask for Rachel and that she was filled in as to what I was there for. I got there and ask for Rachel, we took a quick test drive, chit chatted and she started the paperwork. I also was dealing is Aaron and Jeremy. After a short back and forth negotiation, we fisted bumped and the deal was done. I didn't want to deal with posting an ad to sell my vehicle and then go to buy a car. I wanted a single transaction and Elk Grove Subaru made that happen from my trade in towards the Legacy, finance and even letting me transfer my personalize license plates all in one visit. Marissa Anderson, Internet Sales Mgr. held my hand through the entire process, making it virtually "seamless". My only regret was not being able to share "my moment", also, with Rylee, Marissa's lovely and charming English Bulldog, to whom I'd become attached to during my visits to the dealership. The icing on the cake, my WRX arrived over a month earlier than expected ! Mike, the Sales Mgr., wrapped up the sales process with me, going over with me the final forms and contracts.
