After dealing with generic places like NTB and firestone, it was incredibly refreshing to come to this dealership. Everyone I talked to was warm and sincere. You mentioned Marc Baker above, but I think the p it was incredibly refreshing to come to this dealership. Everyone I talked to was warm and sincere. You mentioned Marc Baker above, but I think the person I dealt with asked me to step into his space, but was actually a very pleasant lady whose name I don't remember right now. She had a technician look at the problem that I came with and both of them were very professional and very pleasant to speak with. A diagnostic was done and it was made very clear to me what's going to happen next, so I'm perfectly content with the professionalism that was shown. This is the yardstick by which others should be measured! More
