I don't like the system used to make appointments. I would like to be able to have an appointment after one phone call and not have to wait all day for a return call. The staff members are courteous a I would like to be able to have an appointment after one phone call and not have to wait all day for a return call. The staff members are courteous and professional. They did not fix my trunk lock which keeps sticking and I have to go back next week for the same thing. It worked ok when they tried it but it had been stuck for over two weeks for me. I hope they can fix it next week. They also worked on a couple other things. They seem to do good work. This is the first time I have been disappointed. I have been a customer for about ten years or more. More

I was in Roanoke from out- of-town when I had a significant issue. Mark was amazing and helpful. Worked with my warranty company and got my car repaired quickly. Went in for a state inspection. Received a text indicating 'click here for important info on your car.' Saw 2 'need attention immediately' items. Assumed they were necessary for inspection as no one spoke to me about the condition on my car. When my car was finished, Mike finally spoke to me. At that point, the work was complete. I paid for my car and left. More
