Not easy to find the express service area; somewhat spartan waiting area. Service Adviser Justin scheduled quickly, kept us informed, was not up on our service history until we asked. The service department continues to shine, 5* once your vehicle is there through completion. Other changes (call center, scheduling, communication) have become terrible over past 6 months (1*.)
